How Mohameik works

A directory of law offices, tools for the offices, and plain rules about what we are not.

For people looking for a lawyer

  • Choose a location and specialty to find offices that can help.
  • Compare facts: the fees offices publish, measured reply times, verified reviews and checked credentials.
  • Contacting and booking an office is free, and will stay free.
  • Book a visit or an online consultation; the office’s own fee is agreed with the office.
  • Send documents through the private vault; only you and the office can open them.
  • Only clients who contacted an office through Mohameik can review it, and the office can reply.

For law offices

  • A profile is free: hours, specialties, lawyers, fees, articles and answers.
  • Enquiries, bookings and quote requests arrive in one inbox with follow-up reminders.
  • Calendars, reply templates, case timelines, documents and weekly digests are free for every office.
  • A Pro plan adds more photos and a higher place in results when nothing else separates offices. It never takes a share of your fees or charges per enquiry.
  • Badges are earned by serving clients and are re-checked regularly; they cannot be bought.

What Mohameik is not

  • Mohameik is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.
  • Answers in the Q&A are general information from the lawyers who wrote them, not advice on your case.
  • We do not choose a lawyer for you; you compare the facts and decide.
  • We do not set lawyers’ fees and do not take a part of them.
  • We do not promise outcomes, and no office may promise them on Mohameik.

What the badges mean

How badges are earned

Verified
An administrator checked an official document of the office.
Registered lawyer

Replies within
Measured from real enquiries over recent weeks, not declared by the office.
Verified review
Written by someone who contacted the office through Mohameik.

Your data

  • Documents and registration numbers are stored privately and never shown on the site.
