Every badge on Mohameik states a checked fact. None can be bought, except the two plan marks, which say so.

Credentials

  • Verified

    An administrator checks one official document of the office.

  • Registered lawyer

    The managing lawyer's Bar registration number and roll are checked against the card.

Reputation

  • Replies within…

    Measured from your first answers to at least 3 enquiries; the badge names the median: an hour, hours, a day or days.

  • Verified client

    A review from someone who contacted the office through Mohameik and confirmed their email.

  • Accepted answer

    Someone who asked a public question accepted your answer.

  • Profile complete

    Every part of the profile is filled in.

Plans

Highlighted and Pro are plans an office pays for. Their marks say the placement or the plan is paid, never merit.

  • Highlighted

    A paid placement at the top of the home page and search results; the mark says the placement is paid, never merit.

  • Pro plan

    The Pro plan unlocks tools and ranks above free offices while it runs.

The numbers behind the reply badge

Measured over recent enquiries once at least 3 were answered: within an hour up to 60 minutes, within hours up to 12 hours, within a day up to 36 hours, within days beyond that.

A verified client review needs a confirmed email and an earlier enquiry with the office through Mohameik; nothing else counts.
