By accessing and using the Mohameik platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

Lawyers and law offices must provide accurate, current, and complete information about their practice. All listings are subject to review and approval by Mohameik administrators.

You may not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any malicious code, spam, or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.
5. الملكية الفكرية
All content on the Mohameik platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Mohameik or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
6. إخلاء المسؤولية
The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. Mohameik does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information provided by lawyers or law offices.
7. حدود المسؤولية
Mohameik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.
8. التغييرات على الشروط
Mohameik reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
